From: Andrew Peacock
Dear Friend,
Most of us would describe ourselves as one of the following:
- I don't have a mailing list, and therefore don't earn any income, or have any affiliates, or get any additional promotion of my site.
- I've already got a mailing list but it's not working as well as I would like. I'm looking for some steps to put into place to get more from it.
- I've got a list and it's doing OK financially, but I want more subscribers and more income.
If you would describe yourself as one of the above, then keep on reading.
My name is Andrew Peacock, and at various times I would have described myself using all three of these descriptions.
I often felt like I was sending out newsletters or email updates, and getting no responses. I didn't know how to get over this problem - were my mails not getting through? Were people deleting them rather than reading them? Were they reading them but not clicking through to the URLs I've mentioned? Was I sending the wrong type of information or promotion to people who weren't interested?
So I started to do three things:
- Building smaller lists on very specific topics, rather than one big list.
This is easy to do with most autoresponder services - you just create multiple autoresponders and use different responders for different audiences (leads, customers, affiliates, JV partners, and so on). Then set up your subscription forms so that each form goes to the appropriate list.
- Tracking the clicks to each link, rather then just hoping they were being clicked.
Again, this is simply a case of using some tracking software to measure the number of times each URL is clicked.
- Applying the steps outlined in the Email Marketing Checklist to each small list.
And here is the bit that makes the difference!
The Checklist is just what it says: a list of items which I try to include in follow-up mails to each of those sublists. But the report doesn't simply list the items - you'll also learn how I use them, with some examples. And I show you how the basic idea can be moulded to suit your own marketing styles or techniques.

Hi Andrew,
I just finished reading your Email Marketing Cheklist and I thought it was great. I got a lot of new ideas for my upcoming email lists.
I thought I had a pretty decent grasp on email marketing, but I was wrong. You showed me how little I really knew.
The checklist you provided are incredible helpfull. I used it for the first time on a new list
I'm working on and I'm sure it will be a success thanks to your information.
The information in this report is a must for all serious email marketers.

By simply using that checklist with each mailing list, you'll be able to:
Generate More Income
Obviously, one of the key reasons that you have mailing lists in the first place is to be able to grow your business. And that means generating income.
The Email Marketing Checklist will help you to:
- Sell more of your own products
- Sell more of products that you own the reprint rights to
- Sell more affiliate products
- Build your residual income month on month
- Grow your second-tier affiliate income
- Sell more of the products you get from monthly membership sites, to ensure you make more from the products you're given than it costs you to get them
- Build your back-end income by having multiple sales to customers
- Sell older products that have "fallen out of fashion" but are still good, by introducing them to newer audiences

Hi Andrew,
Great report, detailed and comprehensive... I'm incorporating it into my
regular block of what I call "profit action checklists".
Thanks

Get More Promotion
But in order to generate income, you have to get people to your lists in the first place. So in the Email Marketing Checklist you'll also learn how to:
- Get more affiliates
- Get more incoming links to your sites
- Introduce subscribers to other sites of yours that they might not know about
- Get more exposure of your articles
- Build your downlines in various list-building systems like ListDotCom and Opportunity.com
- Cross-promote each list to subscribers on other lists
Develop Your Relationships
And once you've got a list, which remember is a list of PEOPLE, not email addresses, you can help to grow your business even further by the person-to-person contact that is even a requirement in the internet marketing world.
- Attract more JV partners
- Get more feedback on what your subscribers want
- Increase the number of testimonials you receive
And so on.
Plus, I hope you'll be able to add more useful content for your subscribers :-)
And for each of the items in the checklist, I'll show you examples where possible, and also write about how the items are useful. You'll also be able to read some ideas on how to implement the item in different ways.

PS. Important: this report WILL NOT help you to triple your business overnight, or earn $10,000 a month when you have no list, or suddenly create 1,000 affiliates promoting your products.
Instead, the information you'll find in the report is about slow and steady application of the correct principles to grow your business over time.
